I think my legs have now mostly recovered from C2C last weekend. My bad knee is now almost taking my weight and everything has stopped cracking and popping. I've not taken anything stronger than 15/500ml cocodamol for a couple of days so fingers crossed ( Read more... )

Apparently I was tired. I was asleep by 9:30-10:00 last night, pounding headache,sinuses feeling like they were going to explode and generally feeling like the walking dead. I woke up just after 9:30 this morning feeling a lot more llama-like. Which is good ( Read more... )
